This week saw the release of Mega Man 10 on the Wii. The rumors are true. Mega Man 10 does indeed have an additional character you can play as, and that character is Bass. On April 5th, users can download Bass for 200 Wii points. Dr. Wily designed Bass with Mega Man’s abilities in mind. Of course there’s a bitter rivalry between the two, although Bass will help Mega Man out if he sees a benefit for himself.
Bass uses a weapon called the Bass Buster, which is a lot like the Mega Buster except that it fires faster and can fire upwards and diagonally (7 directions in all). He can also use the Bass Buster to shoot-down enemy attacks! He uses dash to avoid enemy advances. He can also copy the weapons of the bosses in the game after defeating them, just like Mega Man can. When he comb...

After a nearly 24 hour down time, the PS3 is back. As we reported earlier in the day, "a PSN bug literally caused systems to stop working. Even attempts to play games offline have been thwarted by an error involving the system's internal clock." Gamers were unable to login to PSN or play games while the bug went unresolved for most of the day Monday.
The culprit, as suspected, was the PS3's internal clock. Apparently the system thought that it was a leap year (even though it is not) and reset itself to December 31, 1999. "Having the internal clock date change from February 29 to March 1, we have verified that the symptoms are now resolved and that users are able to use their PS3 normally," Sony said on their Read More - 701 hitsSony: Keep your PS3 off while we fix the bug

The PlayStation community has been paralyzed as of Sunday, February 28, 2010, when a PSN bug literally caused systems to stop working. Even attempts to play games offline have been thwarted by an error involving the system's internal clock.
According to reports on the Internet, the "fat" version of the PS3 (which was basically sold from the launch in 2006 until fall 2009) is affected. PS3 Slim systems are unaffected. The internal clock on these systems are resetting to 12/31/99, causing the inability to log into PSN and start games (both online and offline).
Sony is advising PS3 owners to not use their systems until a fix is ready sometime on Tuesday. Failure to head their warning can lead to the above mentioned mess as well as potentially losing trophy data. Since t...
