Project X Zone 2 Confirmed for Nintendo 3DS in February 2016

A sequel to the crossover turn-based strategy game Project X Zone is coming to the US.

Players can play as their favorite characters from a number of different franchises across several of Japan’s largest video game publishers, including Capcom, Sega and Bandai Namco.

Capcom will feature characters from its Resident Evil, Devil May Cry and Mega Man X series; Sega will feature characters from Yakuza: Dead Souls and Virtua Fighter; and Bandai Namco will features characters from Tekken and Tales of Vesperia.

The original Project X Zone was released in 2013 to mostly positive reviews. Project X Zone 2 is being developed by Monolith Software and will be released on Nintendo 3DS on February 16, 2016.
