Accalim Sports has been hard at work trying to break grounds with the first blading game for the next gen consoles. They did a hell of a job on it too. Who would have thought a blading game could be this much fun!
The graphics on the Xbox Version of Aggresive Inline are superb. They have been greatly enhanced and the background scenery looks much more sharper unlike the PS2 Version. But like all games in the genre, the skaters need more work than what we have been seeing. Devolopers are too good today to have such weak details. But other than that, the graphics are great.
There is a great soundtrack for Aggressive Inline which is different for extreme game fans. Groups like Hoobastank, Student Rick and Godsmack rock the mich. There is some, but very crappy, voice acting in the game which could have been left out since it wasn't done the right way. The surrounding effects sound just as they do in real life. They got every single beat of a crowed street or falling timber. It just doesn't get better than this has.
The gameplay is similar to the Tony Hawk series with bacically the same controls. The only problem is the sometimes difficult camera. It changes sometimes so you can't see the skater and that can be a real problem.
The game is the first blading game availible in the extreme type market, but the extreme game market has been around and nothing is changing in the games. The game has 8 levels plus a bonus level exclusivly for xbox. This levels are long and hard. You need to go back and forth between levels to get the challenges completed. Aggressive Inline will keep you busy for 30+ hours unless you really stink at it.
