If you are looking for a fast-paced dungeon crawler with “an emphasis on dynamic magical combat,” Wizard of Legend might be up your alley. As you can see from the GIFs below, Wizard of Legend is an action-adventure inspired by the classic SNES era when games had an emphasis on item discovery and exploration.
The game features over one hundred different elemental spells and procedurally-generated levels to keep you on your toes. You can either dive head-first into the action or stand back and let minions do the work for you.
“We also wanted to create a game with an engaging combat system with a pacing similar to modern hack and slash games with a hint of inspiration from fighting games,” the developers at Contingent99, which is based in Los Angeles, said. “What we ended up with is a fast-paced spell-slinging dungeon crawler called Wizard of Legend.”
