Zombies are everywhere. Whether it’s The Walking Dead or World War Z, you can’t avoid the outbreak in popular culture.

So it should really be no surprise that a company came up with the idea to mash zombies with a tower defense game. The game is called Zombie Defense and it’s out now on the Wii U in Europe having previously been released on Android with over 5 million downloads. The game is set for a September 17 launch in North America.
The downloadable game comes with 35 missions, 15 Army units and a multitude of weapons and advanced technologies, such as Tesla towers and laser turrets. If you can set aside the dated looking graphics, the game looks fairly fun. It retails for $7.99 on Nintendo’s eShop.
