This is a very important location, story-wise and lore-wise.

Jarburg
Jarburg is a peaceful and calm village where the Living Jars live in harmony. They are sometimes attacked by various foes and there’s a beautiful and emotional side quest associated with this place. There are also various herbs and rare flowers for you to pick. The Living Jars aren’t hostile, and they’re just chilling, so don’t go attacking them.
Church of Vows
Church of Vows is an interesting location and there lives Mireil, the pastor of vows, and he’s quite an interesting character. He also provides information about the lore of the Lands Between and the Demi-gods.
Caria Manor
Caria Manor is another Dungeon, and you can find a lot of various useful items and even an awesome weapon in this place. It’s a foggy place with scary enemies. The Caria family was at war with the Academy of Raya Lucaria, and you can find more information about why those battles happened if you search this area thoroughly.
The Four Belfries
There are four towers here, each of them teleporting you to various locations that hold interesting items and information about the lore. You need a variant of the Stonesword keys in order to teleport, and you can find those keys in various locations in Liurnia, including the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
The Wailing Dunes
The Wailing Dunes is nothing but a desert wasteland where fierce battles took place. There’s a Catacomb you can explore here, but that’s the only place where you can gather items or kill enemies. This is a very barren and sad place, mostly because of the tragic story of the Legendary General Radahn… The Wailing Dunes is the place you fight him.

The Town of Sellia
The Town of Sellia was where General Radahn learned Gravity Magic. The reason why the General held the very stars in place was to prevent this town from being destroyed by meteors and falling stars. There’s a secret deep within this town. Attempt to find it. There are also a few quests associated with this place.
The Forge of the Giants
Long ago in the Lands Between, there were Fire Giants who wielded the overwhelming Giantsflame incantations. Lord Godfrey even warred against these giants, at a certain point in Elden Ring’s history. The Giantsflame rages within the Giants’ Forge, and it’s an important destination for a certain character. Progress the story to learn more.
Leyndell, the Royal Capital
The Royal Capital is probably the most impressive of all of the locations in Elden Ring. The architecture is breathtaking. The view of the Golden City from the place in the picture is absolutely hypnotizing. This area is very fun to explore, and it’s huge. You’ll face a lot of dangerous foes here, and you’ll also encounter the True King of Leyndell. This is also the first place where Melina starts to truly trust you and consider you a friend.
Leyndell will remind you of King’s Landing from the epic HBO television series Game of Thrones. Elden Ring is, after all, a collaboration between From Software and author George R. R. Martin with a lot of Game of Thrones vibes.
