Publisher 2K Sports shipped their Xbox 360 launch lineup of NBA 2K6, NHL 2K6, and Amped 3 to retailers across America today. Featuring revamped graphics engines, improved gameplay, and enhanced sound, the two team sports are more than just ports of their current-generation counterparts. Amped Freestyle Snowboarding 3, the third entry in the greatest-hits Xbox series, has also been reworked to accomodate for less experienced snowboarding fans, and features a soundtrack of over 300 songs. The games are being sold at $59.99 each.
Cliff got a chance to interview representatives for each of the three games today. Previews will be posted shortly, followed by reviews sometime next week after the Xbox 360 launches.
