Sony just can’t catch a break with the PlayStation Vita in Japan. The latest weekly sales report shows the Vita hitting a new all-time low with only 8,206 units sold. Meanwhile, the Nintendo 3DS is enjoying a nice sales boost from the new Fire Emblem game that just came out. The 3DS outsold every other system combined with 84,760 units sold.
