Age of Empires 4 releases new trailers for naval warfare and the Abbasid Dynasty

Age of Empires 4

Microsoft and Relic Entertainment are warming up for the launch of Age of Empires 4. They have released two new trailers of the legendary saga.

Age of Empires 4 is nearing its October 28 release date on PC and Xbox Game Pass. So Relic Entertainment is revving up the engines in preparation for the big day. The developer has published two new trailers showcasing the new naval warfare mechanics and the Abbasid Dynasty.

Naval Warfare

In the first of these, centered on the naval battles of Age of Empires 4, we can see how this aspect will play out in the next installment of the Age of Empires series. Similar to previous titles, we may build our own fleet with specialized units for open-water warfare. Each civilization has its own kind of ships, but as we can see in the teaser, the naval battles in this new installment of the series will be more in-depth.

The Abbasid Dynasty

The second teaser focuses on one of the factions available in this title: the Abbasid Dynasty. This is a caliphate dynasty that reigned supreme between the late eighth and early ninth centuries. Its major strengths in the game are its formidable ground force, commanded on the front lines by camel-mounted soldiers, and profound knowledge that will make it simpler for us to advance our empire.

Age of Empires 4 will be available for PC on October 28, 2021. It was announced as a Day One Xbox Game Pass game.
