Frictional Games has launched their latest survival-horror game, Amnesia: Rebirth.
The developer recently explained the decision to return to the Amnesia universe ten years after The Dark Descent:
The lore of Amnesia has a ton of environments. There are deserts, tombs, and all kinds of weird stuff, and it felt like it would be really cool if we could visit those places and have them finally not just being lines in the text. It just felt like we had a lot of unexplored lore to base it all around.
