What if Super Mario 64 was turned into a survival horror game?

A fan has used the Super Mario 64 engine to create an entirely new game (well, a demo at least). It’s called Another Princess Is In Our Castle. This fan-made project takes our Italian plumber and puts him in a first-person perspective. You return to Princess Peach’s castle years after her death only to find it haunted.

Thankfully, you can also play this for yourself – at least until Nintendo’s lawyers file a DMCA takedown request. You can find and download the demo on itch.io.
