Arcadia Fallen is a fantasy visual novel coming to PC and Switch this month

Arcadia Fallen

Galdra Studios announced today that Arcadia Fallen, their next project that was funded on Kickstarter last year, will be released in a few weeks on PC and Nintendo Switch.

In the modern fantasy visual novel Arcadia Fallen, your choices will never stop you from progressing, but they may impact what you must undergo before reaching your objective.

A visual fantasy novel that is coming on strong

Arcadia Fallen is a Nordic-inspired fantasy game that emphasizes role-playing and self-expression. It has a customizable protagonist and a conversation system that allows players to shape the personality of their characters as they play.

You take on the role of a young apprentice alchemist who becomes accidentally entangled with an unlawful spirit. When he is unexpectedly dragged into a conflict between humanity and magic, he must join a gang of unlikely heroes to escape his own destiny, hoping to rescue the world in the process.

As previously stated, the game was successfully funded on Kickstarter in the summer of 2020, with funds raised for AAA quality voice acting. The game features the talent of Joe Zieja and Erica Lindbeck, who have dubbing experience in popular games such as Final Fantasy VII Remake, Persona 5, and Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

But that’s not all. These two incredible talents, along with the other dubbing team, will be directed by Philip Bache, a film director specializing in voice direction who works as voice director on games such as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, The Life is Strange, and both releases of Destiny.

Arcadia Fallen will be available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on November 17.
