The unexpected indie hit ARK: Survival Evolved will be coming to consoles. The news was made during Microsoft’s Gamescom press conference in Germany.

ARK will make its console debut as part of the Xbox Preview Program later this year. Xbox Preview is similar to Steam Early Access, which lets gamers buy and play games before they are officially released.
The game is scheduled for a full release in June 2016 on PC via Steam, Xbox One and on the PlayStation 4. The PS4 version will support Project Morpheus virtual reality.
