Assassin’s Creed II is free on Uplay

Ubisoft is giving away free copies of Assassin’s Creed II right now on Uplay.

Assassin’s Creed II was released back in 2009 on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The game is set during the Italian Renaissance. It lets players explore historic Florence, Venice, and Tuscany.

Two direct follow-ups were also released – Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. All three games have since been ported to PS4 and Xbox One as part of The Ezio Collection.

The free game promotion runs until April 17th at 8 AM. You can claim your free copy within Uplay on PC or via free.ubisoft.com.
