Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is getting a ton of new content

Ubisoft isn’t done with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and will be supporting the title through year 2 with new content.

Some crazy statistics were revealed during Ubisoft’s presentation today, with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla being the most purchased title in the franchise to date. Over 300,000,000 raids have been completed, and over 100,000,000 buildings in player settlements have been created. The fun isn’t stopping there though. Earlier today it was announced that Asssassin’s Creed Valhalla would be getting Mastery Challenges as part of the games free post launch content.

Next comes the Siege of Paris expansion launching this summer. Expansion 2 will see new abilities, weapons, gear, enemies, as well as the return of black box missions. These missions task players with an objective, and then let them go about it how they want to. Following in the footsteps of Origins and Odyssey, Valhalla will also be receiving the Discovery Tour: Viking Age this fall so players can learn more about the locations and monuments in the game.

Finally, for the first time, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will receive new expansions well into year two of the games launch. DLC may have launched late for Odyssey and Origins, but this is the first time there has been full DLC expansions after already announced year one content.
