Baiken, the classic character of the Guilty Gear franchise, returns with his great combos in Strive.
Arc System Works announced today that Baiken, one of the most requested characters by the Guilty Gear community, will arrive as DLC in January. He is the fourth character of this first season of Guilty Gear Strive that is going rather unnoticed.

Despite having a large community, Guilty Gear often goes under the radar among fighting games. Still, the game has become a niche among players loyal to the franchise, which made its presence felt yesterday at the CEO Fighting Game Championships where Arc System Works announced the return of Baiken.
In previous games, Baiken has presented very dynamic gameplay, with long combos of blows that an experienced player will be able to take advantage of to achieve victory. A great character to be added in this first season of the game, possibly marking the return of many players who had jumped ship from Guilty Gear some time ago.
Guilty Gear Strive is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Baiken will arrive as a DLC on January 2022.
