Battlefield 2042 Season 2 apparently only has one new map
It looks like Battlefield 2042 is only getting a single new map in Season 2.
During a developer stream, the DICE dev team seemingly confirmed that only one level is coming in the next season of Battlefield 2042.

With DICE releasing the last title update for Battlefield 2042 Season 1: Zero Hour, players can now look forward to Season 2, with details promised to be shared sometime this month.
For those hoping for more maps to make their way with Season 2, that won’t be happening, sadly.
With the title update’s roll out, DICE conducted a dev stream where members of the dev team discussed the changes made in today’s patch, as well as what’s in store for Season 2. In the stream, Lead Level Designer Shashank Uchil confirmed that there would be only one new map releasing in Season 2.
“I am super hyped for the new level we are going to release,” lead level designer Shashank Uchil says. You’ll note that is a singular “level” and not the plural “levels.” Sorry, y’all!
