Bethesda has released new details for Doom Eternal‘s all-new 2-versus-1 multiplayer mode.
According to Bethesda, Battle Mode features “all the fast, frenetic and ferocious combat that defines Doom‘s single-player.”
Players will fight across six unique arenas with five playable demons. You can either play as a “fully-loaded Doom Slayer” or on a two-person team of player-controlled demons. The goal of each side is to destroy the other side, but they each have unique playstyles.

Perhaps the best news is that all future maps and playable demons that will be released after launch will be free to download. Doom Eternal launches on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on November 22.
