Blair Witch: Oculus Quest Edition is coming to VR just in time for Halloween.
Bloober Team and Lionsgate just announced the Oculus Quest Edition today. The brand-new version of the Blair Witch story is built specifically for the VR experience with 360-degree immersion. The developer, Bloober Team, is behind the critically-acclaimed Layers of Fear.
The Oculus Quest Edition is a story-driven, psychological horror game. Users “experience first-hand the toll that fear can take on the mind through an original story inspired by the cinematic lore of Blair Witch.”
Bloober Team says that the game’s “environments [are] redesigned for more interactivity and [to] accommodate new creature encounters.” In addition, “there is a new control system and mechanics for your canine companion, Bullet.”
Blair Witch: Oculus Quest Edition launches on October 29, 2020. It retails for $29.99 on the Oculus Store.
