Team 17 has a bunch of news today regarding the hack-and-slash Metroidvania game Blasphemous.
First off, there’s a new demo of the game available right now for Nintendo Switch. You can find it live starting today at the Nintendo eShop.
The developers have gone live with a second patch for PC. According to Team 17, the update improves “everything from platforming, a rework of the game’s moving platforms, graphical fixes, and a whole load more.” For console players, the patch will go live “very soon.”
If you are itching for new content, Team 17 just announced that there is brand new DLC coming in 2020. The first set of free DLC is currently scheduled for release early next year. They say that more details will be revealed “over the coming weeks.” Stay tuned!
Blasphemous comes from the Spanish indie studio The Game Kitchen. It was released for PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in September.
