Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered out now on PC, Xbox One
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered launches today on PC and Xbox One.
Today’s release comes one month after launching on PS4. Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is described as a “complete enhancement” of the original’s single-player experience. It includes the full campaign with high-definition visuals.
The game supports up to 4K resolution and HDR support on console and uncapped framerate as well as ultrawide monitor support on PC. It also features improved textures and detail, revamped animations, and remastered audio.
Players who purchase MW2 Campaign Remastered will also receive the Underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It includes the UDT Ghost Operator skin from ‘The Only Easy Day…Was Yesterday’ campaign level.
Players will also receive two weapon blueprints, a weapon charm, a new finishing move, voice quip, animated calling card, emblem, and two Battle Pass tier skips. All bonuses are immediately available in Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered retails for $19.99 on all three platforms. It is available on Xbox One via Microsoft Store and PC via Battle.net. Meanwhile, the previously-released PS4 version is on the PlayStation Store.
