Since its success on Switch and PS4, this Guinness World Record holder is expanding its frontiers.
Following Clockwork Aquario‘s release on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, Inin Games announced today that the game will be released digitally on Xbox and Steam this summer. Prior to its launch on PS4 and Switch, the game was in development for an amazing 30 years.
Now more people can enjoy this pixel-art platformer
Clockwork Aquario is one of the few video games that claim a Guinness World Record. That’s owing to the fact that the game was in production for three decades, making it the game with the longest active development period.
The game is a bright 2D-pixel art platformer that, with its dynamic gameplay, charming characters, and the type of comedy only arcade games can pull off, delivers the delight of arcade games to modern systems. With the ability to play with up to two people on the same screen, both retro and new generation gamers will be able to enjoy this fun-radiating platformer.
The PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions of Clockwork Aquario are available. In the summer of this year, Inin will release digital editions of the game for Xbox and Steam.
