Microsoft has announced that several games are leaving Xbox Game Pass for console, cloud, and PC. The games leaving Xbox Game Pass in May 2023 include Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition, Hearts of Iron IV, and more.

- Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Hearts of Iron IV (PC)
- Her Story (PC)
- Umurangi Generation: Special Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC)
If you haven’t beaten these games, you still have a few days to do so. Of course, new games come just as old games leave. Recently added titles or games coming soon include Monster Hunter Rise, Persona 4 Golden, and more.
My Take
No one ever wants to see games leave the service, but alas they do. In my opinion, the biggest loss here is the quirky Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition. The good news is that new games are added every month as well.
