Spike Chunsoft, in celebration of Danganronpa‘s 10th anniversary, announced today the Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc Photo Frame AR. Using their phone’s photo mode, fans can choose their favorite Danganronpa characters in augmented reality and take a photo with more than 70 lovable yet creepy characters from the franchise.
Celebrate the game’s 10th anniversary
The publisher is offering this service to mark the approaching Danganronpa 10th Anniversary celebration and to show appreciation to series fans, with the aim that fans will be able to experience Danganronpa in the real world by inserting virtual characters into scenarios from their daily life.
If we wish to use this new augmented reality service, we only have to access the special link of the application and follow a series of steps that allow us to have a unique photo with the characters of the game. You can access the app here.
The steps to use the Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc Photo Frame AR are as follows:
- Tap Start
- Choose your favorite character from the list of 70 available characters, and tap on the icon in the lower right corner of the character’s card.
- Check the preview of the character, and tap on the same icon as before.
- Move your phone until the camera activates automatically.
- Adjust the character to your liking, be it size, proximity, position, rotation etc.
- Click on capture
And that’s it! You will have a picture with your favorite character from the game. All the pictures you take through this service will be automatically saved on your phone.
