The roguelike space survival game Derelict Void is coming to Steam on March 18. But you don’t have to wait for the new launch trailer, which just came out.
Derelict Void is a galactic roguelike city-builder involving scavenging for resources and base management. You command a ship and crew searching for resources you need to stay alive.
According to indie developer Stirling Games, you will “explore and navigate through stranded ships and treacherous debris” to discover the secrets of the void. You’ll also need to “take risks and make the right choices to survive.”
The game draws inspiration from Frostpunk. It was originally funded on Kickstarter back in November 2020 with the support of 148 backers after reaching 112% of its goal. The game supports content modding through an editor website.
