Maze Theory and BBC Studios released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming title, Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality, one week before its release. The trailer, which gives fans their first glimpse at gameplay in Edge of Reality, depicts a first-person sci-fi adventure focused on story, riddles, and exploration.
A story that comes straight from TV
Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality introduces a new enemy and new locations, as well as Easter eggs from the popular television program. In The Edge of Reality, you must eliminate a devastating ‘Reality Virus’ that threatens the cosmos while also confronting iconic Doctor Who creatures like Daleks, Weeping Angels, and Cybermen.
Under the direction of familiar characters such as the Thirteenth Doctor and the Tenth Doctor, players will be swept up into their own Doctor Who experience that extends on the original tale from VR adventure Doctor Who: The Edge of Time.
Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality will be released on October 14 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam.
