A lot of people are complaining about Chris Pratt’s voice in the Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer. They wanted someone who sounded more Italian.
Well, if you want Italian, you can get Italian. Universal released an Italian-language dub of the trailer on YouTube. You can watch it below to see what Mario sounds like. Of course, Bowser and Toad are also dubbed.

Eventually, someone will probably take the English version of the film and replace Chris Pratt’s voice with the Italian voice actor while leaving the other characters in English. The film was delayed until 2023 though, so that may be a while.
