Xbox boss Phil Spencer has revealed that E3 2021 had the most viewers since Microsoft first started attending the show.
“Thank you for a great week, our most viewed E3 ever. We haven’t felt players and the team sharing so much energy and excitement since the 360 era,” Spencer said in a tweet.
“We’re inspired by the community’s belief in Xbox and we will continue to innovate with players at the center of everything we do,” he added.

The Xbox & Bethesda Showcase featured over two dozen games from Microsoft’s internal studios and third parties. The company focused in particular on Day One Xbox Game Pass games announced at E3.
