The Drake Class Carriers are now more explorable than ever.
Elite Dangerous: Odyssey update 11 is now available, according to Frontier Developments. The game was updated with a variety of performance improvements, bug fixes, and new features.
Social changes in Drake Class Carriers
Update 11 arrives unexpectedly, bringing a slew of new features ranging from indoor environments to Drake-class aircraft carriers that players can now explore on foot. It also introduces a new protection mission type, which adds more first-person combat challenges to the game. Players may now use Fleet Carriers as social hubs while inside these mobile bases, with magnificent first-person views of space.
Owners can add familiar services in a modular approach, giving Elite Dangerous: Odyssey players the variety of features and facilities they’re used to in a starport or outpost concourse: While on board, players can visit Pioneer Supplies, Vista Genomics, and the Shipyard.
The bartender on fleet carriers will serve as a fully player-run trade post for all materials found on foot. The carrier’s owner will be able to control this service from any point in the galaxy, manipulating prices, creating or satisfying demand, and therefore directly influencing the game’s economy.
Protect Missions
In addition, owing to this new update, a new quest will be added to the game. Players defend a specific objective in a given place in Protect Missions. These are found on the mission boards, and then you can collect a reward once the area is cleared.
