Embr is now fully launched almost two year after its Early Access debut.

We have already talked before about Curve Digital’s manic multiplayer firefighting sim. It’s a game that twisted a little the idea of a firefighter simulator with fun, chaotic gameplay that made a lot of fans in its Steam Early Access period. Now, almost 2 years later, Curve Digital and Muse Games announced today that Embr, is now fully launched in PC and consoles.

Firefighter sim with a twist

Embr is a crazy multiplayer game in which you and your buddies team up to fight raging flames and rescue civilians. Players may play the game individually or in online teams, battling fire after fire to gather tips from clients and achieve the all-important 5-star rating in order to collect cash, improve tools, and hopefully become the ultimate ‘have-a-go hero’ fireman.

In addition, as a Gaslight Inc employee, players may deliver takeaway meals on the go with ‘Embr Eats’ and drop off explosive gifts as a ‘Box Box’ delivery specialist, all before becoming a DIY safety engineer.

“Here at Embr, we’ve revolutionized firefighting,” said Matthew Niederberger, Director of Embr at Muse Games.

“Now you and your friends can step in, save lives, and earn yourself a little money on the side. Be sure to rescue all of your clients, their valuables, and crack their safe open, in order to earn that five-star rating, and keep your career going! We believe anyone can start a new career running into house fires today!” he added.

The game is now fully available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
