Gamers will get a first look at gameplay from Evil Dead: The Game, a video game adaptation of Sam Raimi’s film, during Summer Game Fest.
The much-anticipated Summer Game Fest begins tomorrow, with Geoff Keighley presenting and showing big video game news as well as further info on previously announced games. One of them is Evil Dead: The Game, a cooperative horror project that will be released on PC and consoles before the end of the year.
Saber Interactive has announced via the game’s official Twitter account that the first gameplay of the new Evil Dead video game, as well as more details, characters, and playable mechanics will be published tomorrow, June 10.
In particular, the Evil Dead: The Game event will be a part of the Summer Game Fest’s premiere ceremony, known as Kick Off Live. This will begin tomorrow at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET.
You can watch the action live on YouTube, Twitch, and Twitter. The official game will be one of the event’s primary attractions. The whole show is expected to last more than two hours, and horror film aficionados are already looking forward to it.
Fans of the cult classic Evil Dead will be ecstatic to watch the initial gameplay of Evil Dead: The Game and learn more. Saber Interactive’s title is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch before the end of this year (perhaps around Halloween).
