Exekiller is a new game that mixes cyberpunk with Western vibes

Exekiller

Exekiller is planned to be the first single player, action-adventure game where retro-futurism and Western vibes meet.

Paradark Studios is a Polish firm that is making a big gamble with its debut release. Exekiller is a one-of-a-kind single-player action-adventure game that immerses you in a post-apocalyptic universe. It’s a world without rules, where the only law that matters is a loaded pistol.

A mix between Blade Runner and Red Dead

Explore a bleak parallel universe in which the apocalypse has already occurred. The great fire disaster of 20 years ago ignited the majority of the planet, resulting in mass extinction and devastation of life and the environment.

Only 30 percent of humanity has survived, and only a few places on Earth are habitable. Corporations gained power when governments failed. The world is devolving into anarchy and mayhem. Hello and welcome to New York in 1998.

“We are fans of westerns, postapo but also dark sci-fi, cyberpunk, and retro-futurism. From mixing these genres, Exekiller was born,” says Amadeusz Wróbel, CEO of Paradark Studio.

In Paradark Studios’ debut title, you are an Exekiller, a bounty hunter from the future. Your main objective is to acquire S.O.U.L.S – a biochip component that collects information about its user and also controls him. Chips are manufactured by one of the most powerful businesses on New Earth.

You may hunt down criminals in the game’s vivid setting, murder them, bring them to justice, or let them free. But pick wisely, since your actions and choices will influence how this player-driven tale evolves. Explore intriguing post-apocalyptic landscapes, live in the wasteland, battle roaming bands of bandits, severe weather conditions like radioactive storms, and much more.

If you’re interested in this upcoming game, you can now wishlist Exekiller on Steam.
