Tomorrow will be a huge day for us metroidvania fans. F.I.S.T. Forged In Shadow Torch will arrive at PlayStation consoles, and we will be able to fight while taking on the role of Rayton, a rabbit who is part of the resistance against the invading robotic army that is coming to Torch City.
Battles and Puzzles.
Rayton, our protagonist, will be forced to enclose himself in his metal suit and battle against those who oppress them in Torch City after Ally is jailed. Developed in Unreal Engine 4, players will be able to utilize three weapons with varying abilities. These weapons will allow us to not only bypass adversaries, but also explore new sections of the map.
The game was initially revealed in 2019 at the PlayStation China Hero Project, and it provides us with a range of settings in which we may explore and travel in the manner of action games and platforms while controlling Rayton.
F.I.S.T. : Forged in Shadow Torch will be released for PS4 and PS5 globally on September 7th.
