Big news today in the world of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. Sony has announced that it is officially the most downloaded PlayStation Plus title of all time. But that’s not all…
Publisher Devolver Digital revealed a new sales milestone today. The game just topped 7 million units sold on PC via Steam. Impressively, the figure was reached after 2 million copies sold on Steam in its first week.
So to put those sales numbers into context, sales actually accelerated after the first week without the aid of a Steam sale. The combination of word-of-mouth, gaming media coverage, and an impressive social media campaign with 1.3 million followers on Twitter likely played a role.

Anyway, I’m still waiting on Mediatonic to delete yellow team. Seems like that’s the least that they can do now that the game has hit critical mass. A guy can dream, can’t he?
