Farming Simulator 22

It’s time for you to step into the shoes of a farmer and take your farm to the next level with Farming Simulator 22.

Giants Software announced today that Farming Simulator 22, the next entry in their farm life franchise, is now available on PC and consoles. This latest version takes farming simulators to a new level with manufacturing lines that construct agricultural empires and cross-play multiplayer.

Since 2008, more than 25 million copies of Farming Simulator have been sold globally, resulting in one of gaming’s longest-running communities. This new version improves the farming experience on all levels, not only by improving the graphics but also by adding new seasonal farming challenges.

Players can expect more depth in the production chains and new groundwork mechanics that allow for more farming diversity. There is also an improved sound design that allows fans of the series and new players to immerse themselves in this farming simulation.

Customization, new maps, and cross-play multiplayer

A new construction mode and character creation tool, as well as three new maps inspired by the south of France, the American Midwest, and the European Alpine region are included in this new edition.

Farmers of all sorts will discover the ideal location in which to establish their farms and immerse themselves in agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry. They will have the option of focusing on a wide range of crops or caring for cows, sheep, chickens, pigs, horses, and even bees. Not only that, but thanks to cross-platform multiplayer, completing all of the new Farming Simulator 22 missions will be a lot easier and more enjoyable.

New vehicles and machinery

A broader range of vehicles and machines, which were scarce in prior editions, was something that regular players of the game wished for. The fleet of agricultural machinery expands in this new version, with over 400 authentically digitized vehicles and tools from manufacturers such as Case IH, CLAAS, Fendt, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Valtra, and many more. In addition, new machine categories enable farmers to develop lush vineyards and olive groves, as grapes, olives, and sorghum are introduced to the crop spectrum in this new edition.

Farming Simulator 22 is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Google Stadia, PC and Mac. In addition, Giants Software announces that the Year 1 Season Pass, which expands the game with new content to be added procedurally, is on sale now.
