FIFA 22

Although FIFA 22 was released today, several players have already been able to test the different game modes through EA Play.

As stated in the headline, if you are a lover of sports activities, particularly soccer games, I am pleased to notify you that the day is finally here! EA Sports announced today that FIFA 22, the next installment in the hugely famous international soccer franchise, is now available on PC and consoles.

FIFA 22 gives players the game modes we enjoyed so much in previous versions, including Volta, Ultimate Team, My Career, Pro Clubs, and more. You’ll also be able to play in online mode without limits thanks to the crossplay feature, which is back this year.

Year after year, the EA Sports team has strived to reinvent themselves. Despite the fact that the gaming experience stays fairly similar to what has been given each, developers continue to incorporate features, game modes, and new technologies that make the game the greatest soccer simulator. This year, HyperMotion is here to change the game!

HyperMotion Technology

This year, EA Sports unveiled a new technology that has the potential to revolutionize the game. In past years, the creators altered the physics of players on the field, including as goalkeepers and attackers, using the Frostbite game engine. These modifications to the game engine directly created a slew of problems, which gamers complained about to EA. EA Sports debuted HyperMotion technology this year.

HyperMotion is a proprietary technology that will only be available on next-generation consoles and Google Stadia. Instead of recording life-like football moves using optical methods, HyperMotion enables EA Canada to incorporate what it terms “advanced 11v11 match capture” and “machine learning.” For the first time, FIFA‘s physics and fluidity are being directly impacted by motion capture from 22 professional players playing intense, unaltered real-time matches.

Cutting-edge computers analyze data from these matches to mimic player actions and produce new animations on the fly, and there are over 4,000 new animations, which is three times more than in many previous releases.

“HyperMotion technology will not only revolutionize the FIFA franchise, but it will also forever change the sports video game landscape,” said Nick Wlodyka, GM, EA Sports FIFA.

FIFA 22 is available today worldwide for PlayStation 5, Xbox X Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Also, the Nintendo Switch has received a version of the game, which will be called FIFA 22 Legacy Edition.
