With a week to go before launch, Square Enix is making Final Fantasy VII Remake digital pre-loads available starting today via PlayStation Store.
The long-awaited Final Fantasy VII Remake is scheduled for release on April 10. The game is launching as a timed exclusive on the PlayStation 4.
“We know that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many people having to stay at home, some of you may be experiencing extra pressure on your internet bandwidth. We wanted to give all our fans some extra time to download the game,” said producer Yoshinori Kitase.
Square Enix has also released the final trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake. It gives fans a glimpse into memorable narrative moments and reveals familiar faces, new characters, and epic scenes from late in the game.
In addition, the game’s demo is out now across the globe, allowing players to experience the opening chapter from the game. Those who download the demo before May 11 will also receive an exclusive PS4 system theme when the full game launches.
