The first 007 Legends game trailer was unveiled today by Activision Blizzard. The company also announced a release date of October 16. The game is being developed by Eurocom for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The studio is behind The World is Not Enough for the N64 and the recently-released GoldenEye 007 remake on Wii.

The trailer gives gamers a first look at one of the six different movie-inspired missions. The mission shown in the trailer is from Moonraker where billionaire Hugo Drax flies into space, planning to launch a biological attack on Earth. Activision has already mentioned that Skyfall – the upcoming 23rd movie in the Bond universe set for a November 9 opening night – will be among the movies featured in 007 Legends.
