First Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition screenshot on PC is ultra-widescreen

Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition

The first screenshot of Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition on PC has appeared on Steam.

Earlier this week, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition was confirmed for PC. We don’t yet the exact release date and price, but we do know that it will be released this summer.

A batch of screenshots appeared on the game’s Steam page. However, only one of them lacked the disclaimer “captured from a PS4 Pro.” Also, the screenshot is in an ultra-widescreen ratio. (Keep scrolling!)

Sony also tried to reassure its fanbase that it still fully backs its own hardware. Hermen Hulst – head of PlayStation’s Worldwide Studios – says that “we remain 100% committed to dedicated hardware.”

“I think it’s important that we stay open to new ideas of how to introduce more people to PlayStation and show people maybe what they’ve been missing out on,” Hulst said. “And to maybe put a few minds at ease, releasing one first-party AAA title to PC doesn’t necessarily mean that every game now will come to PC. In my mind, Horizon Zero Dawn was just a great fit in this particular instance. We don’t have plans for day and date [PC releases].”

GAME DEALS: The Complete Edition for PS4 is on sale for $5.29.
