Blizzard announced today that Overwatch 2 is free to play. What do you all think about the news?

Free to play temporarily or permanently like CSGO? Either way though, I don't feel like playing Overwatch. I'm more into games like CSGO and Left 4 Dead than Overwatch. But as it's free, it may not hurt to give it a try...

It's free like Call of Duty: Warzone. You'll pay for cosmetics and the battle pass.

It's a good thing. This means that there are going to be more players, which also means that wait times for a match should get reduced. Although I don't play much Overwatch these days, I remember waiting for a match took minutes.
