Game Freaks 365’s reviews are now included on OpenCritic

It’s been a busy year here at Game Freaks 365. We celebrated our 16th anniversary in 2019. Instead of hosting a funeral, we brought out a defibrillator to revive the site.

And guess what? Traffic is way up! The site has been reborn both for longtime readers and a new generation of gamers. I can confidently say that Game Freaks 365 will be around for many more years to come.

We reached other important milestones in 2019 as well. Just a few weeks ago, we topped 1,000 followers on Twitter and are approaching 1,000 subscribers on YouTube. And to top off a fantastic year, we were just accepted as a publication on OpenCritic!

Disclosure: We may earn a commission from links on this page

We’ve been an enthusiastic supporter of OpenCritic for a while now. You may have noticed us linking to them when we reference review score averages from other sites, both here on Game Freaks 365 and at Game Deals 365. We do that because we think that other critics’ opinions add value.

For our regulars, this announcement about our inclusion does not really change anything. But it does mean that our content will reach more people. It means that our positive gaming community will continue to grow.

I would like to thank our readers for supporting this site for more than a decade and a half. You’ve stuck with us through many console generations and all of the ups and downs that have come along with it. That is humbling.

I’d also like to thank the fine folks at OpenCritic for believing in the quality of our content. Our inclusion on their site validates our commitment to providing critical and insightful reviews. That commitment will never waver.
