During Sony’s ‘Future of Gaming’ event, Rockstar Games confirmed that it is bringing Grand Theft Auto V to PS5. They say that it will be “expanded and enhanced.”
In addition to the news that GTA V is coming to Sony’s next-gen console, they also announced that GTA Online will be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Also, the company is giving $1 million of in-store currency each month until the game’s PS5 launch in 2021.

This will be the third console generation in a row that GTA V will make an appearance. The game originally launched on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It’s not clear if there are plans for an Xbox Series X version.
