Focus Home Interactive and Nacon have announced a partnership that brings new content to GreedFall. They’re also planning to release the game on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
“Focus Home Interactive will helm the publishing of the upcoming additional content and expansion, as well as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X versions of GreedFall. The GreedFall brand is now integrated as part of the Nacon portfolio,” Focus Home Interactive says.
GreedFall launched on PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2019. It is a fantasy RPG where you explore uncharted lands filled with magic and fantastic creatures. According to Focus Home Interactive, the game sold more than a million copies.
“Despite its shortcomings, GreedFall is an action RPG worth playing for fans of the genre,” I wrote in my review.
Focus Home Interactive did not announce a release date for the expansion or the next-gen versions. We’ll report more details when they become available. In the meantime, you can check out gameplay from the PS4 version below to get a sense of what the game is like.
