First announced over two years ago, little has been known about Guild Wars 2, the sequel to the highly popular MMORPG series. On Thursday at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, ArenaNet unveiled the first ever trailer for the game. Although the actual trailer does not reveal a lot of information regarding the game, we do finally get to see some in-game footage. The president of ArenaNet Mike O’Brien has publicly stated that “we still have a lot of work ahead of us, but from here on out we’ll be able to provide you with more regular updates.” Game Freaks 365 will continue to provide information about Guild Wars 2 as it becomes available.
