Harvest Moon: One World update makes days and animal lifespans longer

Harvest Moon: One World

Natsume today announced that Harvest Moon: One World has received a patch update on both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

According to Natsume:

The new update focuses on two significant changes based on player feedback. Animals and pets will now have a longer and more consistent lifespan. In-game time will now pass more slowly. Enjoy longer days for more farming, mining, and adventuring with an adjusted clock speed. Spend more time with your furry friends as all new animals purchased and befriended in your game will have a longer lifespan. In addition, the new update also has text updates and other minor changes.

Harvest Moon: One World is out now for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. It launched in March 2021.
