Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega Mix

Sega’s hit rhythm series makes its grand return today. Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega Mix is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega Mix features new songs, modules, gameplay modes, and more. According to Sega, the game features a 100-song tracklist, which should keep you jamming for a while.

If you missed out on the pre-order bonus, the Theme Song DLC Pack containing playable versions of theme songs from previous Project Diva titles will be free for all players beginning on 6/12. It includes:

  • Look This Way, Baby by ryo
  • Sekiranun Graffiti by ryo
  • Yumeyume by DECO*27

By the way, a demo of the game is now available on the Nintendo eShop. The demo lets you try out two songs: Arifureta Sekai Seifuku and Romeo and Cinderella. You can play in either the traditional button-based Arcade Mode or the all-new motion-based Mix Mode.

Also, it’s worth noting that Mix Mode requires the Joy-Con controllers to be detached. That means that the mode is incompatible with the Nintendo Switch’s handheld mode or the Nintendo Switch Lite. Meanwhile, Arcade Mode is compatible with both handheld mode and the Switch Lite.
