Heads Roll in Xbox 360 Launch Scam

In the heat of a launch that resulted in scarce supply, Best Buy and other retailers forced unwanted bundles upon people, ranging in price as high as thousands of dollars for a system retailing at $299. The Xbox 360 launch saw some of the worst price gouging imaginable and now heads are rolling, according to a report from The Enquirer. Best Buy has fired managers that engaged in the practice mentioned above, including a senior district manager. There is no official statement from Best Buy at this time.
