Indie One Gruel Studio and Indienova announced today that the project they have been working on together for some time has finally become a reality. Heaven Dust 2, a survival horror inspired by classic classics, is now available on Nintendo Switch and PC.
A fun survival horror
Heaven Dust 2 has elements such as exploration, action, puzzles, and resource management. You awaken from a cryogenic pod deep within a research base to discover that you are locked in a living hell, surrounded by zombies. The only way to survive is to find a means to escape.
Yet it won’t be simple, as a swarm of zombies and big boss battles will make this quest difficult but entertaining. We will have to pick our weapons based on the adversaries we will encounter, thus developing plans and identifying their weak areas will be the most effective approach to eliminate their defenses and all foes.
“Heaven Dust 2 took us, a small two-man team, two years to develop, we worked on improvements in all aspects compared to the first game of the series,” said Zhou Zhijie and Guo Xu, members of One Gruel Studio.
“Without the support from our community, players, press and content creators, it will be an impossible task for us, we really wish you to enjoy it. If the reactions are positive enough we will keep working on new entries in the Heaven Dust universe,” they added.
Play smart, plan your strategies, eliminate all the enemies and you will be able to make the important decision of which escape route to choose, as they will lead you to different endings where the difficulty of the game, may also influence the end of your game.
Heaven Dust 2 is available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam for $14.99.
