Hood: Outlaws & Legends extended gameplay with commentary released

Hood: Outlaws & Legends

Hood: Outlaws and Legends has unveiled a new in-depth gameplay commentary video, breaking down the wide range of options you’ll have as you work in teams of four to pull off intense medieval heists.

If your team takes a stealthy long-range strategy, all-in for close-quarters combat or a combination of both, teamwork would be critical for success. Here’s a unique glimpse at how such decisions and acts will play out throughout a match.

To prepare and perform the heist, stealth is the perfect way to collect intelligence about enemy locations, the vault site, and map configuration. Move about undetected, confuse or assassinate soldiers, steal keys, recover jewels, and, most importantly, decide where and when the unit enters the open battle.

But be cautious! When an opponent spots you, the character turns red, exposing your location to the opposing team and the rest of the guards. Charging in without thinking about it can be deadly… unless causing a distraction was your intention all along.

To highlight diverse playstyles, Players can personalize each character with various perks. Rangers can wear unique melee and burst damage perks to hit the higher ground and protect the squad from a distance. Even the Mystic, a help hero, can choose a quick mobility bonus to sneak past soldiers, steal keys, and quietly open doors for your party.
