Ubisoft has announced that console crossplay is available starting today in Hyper Scape alongside the game’s Winter Festival.
Console crossplay allows matchmaking between PlayStation and Xbox players across all modes of Hyper Scape. This includes players on both current and next-gen consoles. PC players will be able to party up with console friends in the same squad. In this case, the full squad will be placed in the PC matchmaking pool.
Team Deathmatch
New improvements have been made to the Team Deathmatch Mode that was recently added to Hyper Scape. The improvements include random map rotation and more. Team Deathmatch is currently in beta. You can find details on the latest update on Ubisoft’s official blog.
Winter Festival
Winter is coming to Hyper Scape from December 15 until December 29. Players will get a taste of winter in snow-covered Neo-Arcadia. Brand new festive cosmetics will celebrate the holiday spirit.
Epic Games Store
Meanwhile, Ubisoft also announced the release of an Epic Games Store version on December 17. PC players will have the option to play Hyper Scape for free on both Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store.
